How do I get Sample?

In-stock product: You are welcome to pick and buy samples right here on our site. If you prefer, you can also reach out to our salesperson for a product catalog.

Custom sample: Please send your sketch or 3D model (STEP, IGES, or STL format) to the salesperson, who will organize the relevant order information for you.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For stock items, the minimum order is $40.

If you require custom OEM/ODM hair accessories, the MOQ depends on the design complexity and materials used. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

All items are subject to availability. As our wholesale inventory changes constantly, some items may be out of stock when you order.

Please confirm your order promptly to secure your items, as they may sell out in the meantime. If any items are unavailable, we will deduct their cost from your invoice. Due to our extensive range of designs, we cannot guarantee 100% stock accuracy. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I change my order?

Of course, you can modify your order (add or remove items) before confirming it. However, once you confirm the order, we will immediately start preparing the goods. At this point, you can add more items, but you can no longer remove any.

ODM: Supplier’s design with your logo.
OEM: You provide the design, and we manufacture it for you.

Can you make samples based on my own designs or sketches?

Absolutely! We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services. You can send us your sketches, tech packs, or physical samples, and our team will create a prototype for your approval before mass production.

Do you offer private label packaging and logo?

Yes, we offer private label services. You can pick any packaging from our catalog and add your logo. MOQ is different for each type of packaging.

How long does it take for sampling and mass production?

Our lead time depends on the type of order:

How about the custom logo process?

Do you charge if I need to add a logo?

Yes we would charge the logo fee.
There will be three charges for the logo:
1. Setup fee: Please note that some logos may incur a setup fee. While certain designs require a one-time payment, others may require a fee per order. Please contact our sales team for specific details
2. Material costs: Material costs vary by logo type and quantity. Please check <Our Service> catalog for details.
3. Sewing fee: Sewing fees vary by material. Please check <Our Service> catalog for details.

How long will it take to delivery?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your location:

These options are available for most countries.
For small, non-urgent packages weighing less than 2 kilograms, we highly recommend the Economy Shipping (Air Mail). It is the most cost-effective option, though delivery times may vary.
